I am writing to thank Debbie for the superb service she gave in organising a mortgage for my son Teague.

Teague lives in London and needed to get out of his shared house and buy his first home on his own.

Teague’s first contact with Debbie was for an agreement in principle which he received within hours of making his application. It then took Teague some time to fine a suitable property but once he had an offer agreed Debbie zoomed up to London to go through the paperwork at a time convenient to Teague.

Debbie explained the mortgage in detail to Teague, and since my husband was taking a small share in the property she also came to see us to explain the paperwork.

Debbie then came into her own during the weeks and months that followed. She liaised with Teague’s solicitor to try to make sure things were progressing and when, during the end of the purchase, which due to the delays caused by solicitors became very stressful, and all around were getting to breaking point, Debbie leapt  into action to calm things, speaking to solicitors, estate agents and the vendor on Teague’s behalf.

Teague has now settled into his property for 2 months and he is loving the peace and quiet of having his own space. I don’t think that this would have happened without Debbie’s help for which we will be eternally grateful.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Debbie to anyone looking for a mortgage.

Debbie came into our lives at an incredibly period. We needed a mortgage and we needed it quickly in order to progress with the purchase of a home we were in danger of losing.

She talked through everything with us over the phone and had made all necessary initial starts on our application before coming to meet us and take us though the procedure.

Debbie is the warmest and kindest person you could hope to deal with during a stressful time in your life (which accessing the best mortgage can be!), yet the most knowledgeable financial advisor we have dealt with. She knows mortgages inside out and knows the best product to suggest for her clients. She is swift, keeps you well-informed and works miracles.

Debbie has a wonderful nature that reassures you and makes you feel you can relax and let her do the hard work arranging the mortgage. We learnt the hard way that trying to do it yourself can take many frustrating phone calls and is incredibly time-consuming.

Debbie collates all the information she needs and takes all the pressure ans stress away, arranging a mortgage in a fraction of the time it would take to do yourself. this is due to her innate knowledge of the industry she works in.

We have no hesitation at all in recommending Debbie to anyone. It will be the best investment you’ll ever make, especially if you have a long-term mortgage or will need further mortgage advice in the future.

Things literally felt as if they were crashing in around our ears but Debbie was calm,  collected and had her plan already under way. We went from ‘Drastic’ to ‘Delightful’ in a matter of days. We couldn’t have done it without her and she’s now known as our ‘fairy godmother’ for waving her financial wand and making everything good again. She worked in the evenings and at weekends on our behalf -completely dedicated to her job and her clients.

An absolute professional with incredible knowledge and advice but a warm-hearted cheerful lady too, Debbie is one of a kind and comes highly recommended.
